Can I order a 4oz?

4oz jars are for in-person pick-ups only.

Can I get the sale price online for pick-up in person?

No. ONLINE SALES ARE SEPARATE FROM PICKUP SALES.

How much can I intake daily?

You can take up to 1-3 Tablespoons daily. Please use a clean spoon per serving. Please do not double-dip as this adds bacteria and microbes to the jar and speeds up the expiration date.

What is the texture of the gel?

The gel has a similar texture to applesauce or Jello. Textures may vary depending on the fruit.

How long does it take before there are any results?

The first step is to take the sea moss on a consistent basis. The timeframe that you’ll see results will vary since everyone’s body will process it differently.

Can toddlers take this?

Yes, Sea Moss is a superfood that can be enjoyed by the entire family.

Can I add more to my order, after my order is placed?

Yes, you can! Just send us an email to maddhealing@gmail.com and we will update the order and send you an invoice to pay!

Does the SeaMoss product expire?

The Sea Moss Jelly should be refrigerated after arrival. Products are a 30-day supply, but keep in mind if it is flavored it can be anywhere from 2-2.5 weeks. Fruits do fermentate so please keep that in mind. Make sure to wipe the jar if there is a spill since exposure will cause mold. Please use a CLEAN SPOON each time so that the Moss doesn’t get cross-contamination. Want to play it safe? Take half of the moss out and place it in the freezer until you’re ready to consume. If it’s in the freezer it can last up to 3 months. Once it starts to smell ‘fishy’ that’s how you know to dispose of it. Use it to fertilize your plants!

What are your processing times?

Your Orders will be processed within 3-7 Business Days

Keep in mind our products are perishable. Our items are made-to-order to ensure that all our customers receive the freshest products available.

Once processed orders will be shipped via USPS (order tracking information will be sent via the email used during checkout)

  • Since our products are perishable we ship orders Monday - Wednesday to prevent spoilage (excluding holidays) Sunday is your Deadline to order if you want your purchase to be shipped Monday-Wednesday.

  • Orders should be delivered anywhere from after 2-5 business days.

  • If an order is placed during the weekend or on a holiday the order will be processed the next business shipping day.

  • Packaging & Shipping of SeaMoss: All products are packaged in BPA-free PLASTIC mason jars, not GLASS as pictured to ensure that jars are not broken and arrive safely to our customers. Your jars are placed in a chill pack to stay cool but may arrive warm during hotter months so please make sure SeaMoss is refrigerated immediately! Thank you.

  • Please make sure your address is correct with any specific apartment number or instructions.

    • You will not be able to change it once your order has been shipped. You will need to contact your local USPS post office in a timely manner to relocate. We are not responsible if you put a wrong, missing, or misspelled address.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an address error there will be a reshipping fee

What if my glass jar breaks?

That’s super unfortunate first of all :( please take a photo, email, but I will have to charge half of the jar price. The glass is not freezer safe and is printed on the label. Please freeze at your own risk!

If a BPA Free plastic jar cracks, please thaw in the fridge and it will slip out. Try to leave 2 inches of space to expand.

What about tracking?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can then start to track it.

  • Orders are shipped with ice packs.

  • An Ice Pack is included in the flat rate shipping price.

  • Once You Received Your Sea Moss Gel, Please Make Sure to Refrigerate it For At Least 2 Hours Before use.

  • Orders Normally Take Around 1-7 Business Days Shipping Times Vary in Different Locations You Will Receive a Tracking Number Via Email.

What if my package is missing or stolen?

Madd Healing. is not responsible for missing or stolen packages and we can’t issue a refund. If your order is showing that it has been delivered but the customer did not receive the package, or If your package somehow becomes lost or stolen once shipped please contact USPS at Call: 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777)

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, I’m super sorry. We experienced many delayed and lost packages.

What are your Refunds, Returns & Replacements?

We have a High-Grade Healing Guarantee. If you are not happy with your product or if you experience a spill, you can email maddhealing@gmail.com and we will help you process your return. All Sales are Final. Thank you sincerely.

  • If a product arrives damaged please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement.
